I have stayed here regularly for work. Location is good, the prices are far more reasonable than anything in the area, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff are all friendly and helpful.

Quiet location even with houses either side and opposite. Fully equipped for breakfast etc. TV and comfortable chairs. Parking on owners driveway on request.

Room was claustrophobic, big thick wool curtain has to be pulled over to use ensuite area! No window as such, temperature control by air conditioning which was temperamental, first night was unbearably hot , lack of tourist information

The restaurant closes at 4pm for food and 6pm for drinks, if you're visiting then bear this in mind as, like us, you may find yourself having to eat a packaged sandwich from the on site shop. The shared kitchen was absolutely filthy with dirty dishes everywhere, and food stuffs all over the work tops. I spent a good while cleaning it before I could use the facilities

No staff present when checking out. I appreciate there’s a box for keys however a friendly face at reception would have been a nice touch especially for foreign visitors.
